About this game
'Leadership stories' is a game about leadership. Participants are navigated through various business challenges along with a game
character assigned to them at the beginning of the game. Their aim is to make the best decision in every story and gain points.
In 'Leadership stories', participants will have to think
each story (bussiness challenge)
seperately, visualize the context, read both the lines and behind the lines, use their
experience to weight the pros and cons and take the most appropriate action.
To do so, they will have to discuss and analyze some critical questions:
-What is the diagnosis of the situation?
-What is the main issue that the game character faces?
-What are the main needs and concerns
of his/her people in the specific situation?
Learning Outcomes
Through experimentation in various realistic workplace challenges, participants will have the opportunity to:
Become aware of their style and the impact
on team climate and results
Identify the importance of utilizing different approaches in order to
inspire, engage and motivate people
Develop the ability to choose the right approach,
according to a given sitution
Identify areas to improve upon or further develop

Through the discussion involved and the highly interactive mechanism
